We help artists submit radio-ready music to participating outlets and manage promotional placements, premieres, interviews, and audience voting activations. AUN is not a record label, talent agency, attorney, financial advisor, or employment service, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or career advice. Results vary by song quality, genre fit, market standards, editorial decisions, timing, and audience response. No outcome is guaranteed, including (but not limited to) airplay, spins, interviews, chart positions, playlisting, sales, streams, followers, or revenue.

Editorial Control & Availability. All programming decisions remain solely with each station, network, show, or curator. Station participation, time slots, and geographic availability are subject to change without notice. “Days, not years” reflects our typical scheduling workflow for qualified submissions, not a promise of a particular date or time.

Logos & References. Any third-party names and logos (e.g., iHeartMedia, TuneIn, Audacy, Live365, Simple Radio/Streema, radio.net, Radio Garden, etc.) are used nominatively for identification/navigation only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, approval, or that your specific track will air on any particular brand or frequency. AUN has no ownership in those marks and is not affiliated unless expressly stated in writing.

Airplay, Proof, and Monitoring. Air checks, links, spin logs, and audience voting pages are provided when available from participating outlets. Third-party monitoring (e.g., Luminate/Nielsen, Mediabase) may not track all spins, simulcasts, or digital radio plays; discrepancies can occur. Any metrics, case studies, or testimonials on this site are illustrative and not typical promises.

Compliance & Payola/Plugola. AUN does not sell undisclosed airplay. Fees paid to AUN cover administration, production, marketing labor, and promotional coordination—not covert play. Where any station requires sponsor identification or similar disclosures, AUN complies with applicable laws and the outlet’s policies.

Content Standards & Eligibility. Artists are responsible for providing a radio-ready file (WAV or high-quality MP3), a clean edit where required, accurate metadata (artist name, title), and—ideally—an ISRC. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in the sound recording and underlying composition, and that all samples, features, and artwork are cleared. You grant AUN a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use submitted materials to evaluate, pitch, and promote your track across participating outlets, our channels, and associated promotional placements. We may decline or remove content for any reason (e.g., unlawful, hateful, inciting violence, misleading, or non-compliant with broadcast standards).

Royalties & Registrations. AUN does not collect royalties for you. To receive performance royalties where applicable, register with a PRO (e.g., BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, SOCAN) and ensure your distributor/label handles neighboring/mechanical rights as needed. Consult your own counsel for territory-specific rights management.

Voting & Contests. Listener voting features are promotional and may be audited to prevent abuse. Votes are not legal consideration, may be limited per device/IP, and do not guarantee rotation. Any contest or sweepstakes will include its own official rules; where rules conflict, the official rules control.

Educational Material. Any training, checklists, or strategy notes provided by AUN are for informational purposes only and are not legal, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for your situation.

Communications Consent. By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to receive emails, calls, and texts (including automated messages) related to your submission and our services. Message & data rates may apply. Opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

Payments & Refunds. Unless stated otherwise in a written service agreement, fees are for services rendered and are generally non-refundable once scheduling, creative, or admin work begins. Chargebacks for services delivered may be contested. Payment plans must be completed in full.

Recordings & Testimonials. For quality and training, calls or sessions may be recorded. If you provide testimonials, quotes, or media, you grant AUN the right to edit and publish them in connection with our services, consistent with our Terms.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., platform outages, strikes, wars, public emergencies, acts of God, or changes in third-party policies).

Governing Terms. Use of this site and services is subject to our posted Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this notice and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for the covered services.
